here are a few answers to questions we have recieved.
Q. Why are you
offering this for free, what is the catch? A. We want you to evaluate our services. We know that sites
come and go and that it is difficult to evaluate a brand new site
in 60 to 90 days. We believe that by giving you sufficient time to
work with us and evaluate the results, that you will make the decision
to remain with us for many years to come.
Q. Since your
site is new it likely does not show up in the first page of search
engines, how does this effect your traffic? A. If this was the primary way that we approached traffic we would
not be able to compete with other established sites. Our owners have
created a unique approach to targeting traffic that does not rely
solely on the search ranking system. Our test market properties have
performed very well, generating between 5 and 10 inquiries per month.
Q. I got the
postcard, but some of my friends that also have vacation rental properties
did not receive one, can I share this information with them? A. Yes.
Q. Your postcard
shows that you are a "Visit Florida Partner" what does that
mean? A. Visit Florida provides TV commercials, a full color magazine and
tons of additional advertising for its partners. We look for these
type partnerships to drive traffic and to help us with brand awareness.
Going forward we will continue to build partnerships that drive traffic
and provide value to our customers.
