How do I set up an availability calendar?

1.     Be sure you are logged in.

 

2.     Choose the menu option (Owners/My Listings).

 

3.     From the My Listings screen, shown above, choose the indicated ‘Dates Available’ column to edit your property’s availability calendar.

4.     All of the calendar control fields appear on the top left; the status color code legend is beneath the control fields.

a.     Select the year from the drop down list  for the calendar year you want to modify.  

 

b.     Select the status (Reserved, Tentative, Open) from the drop down list.  Each option will highlight the calendar with its own unique color. 

 

c.      Select each date field to define the beginning and ending date ranges of the selected status.   A small help calendar will appear to help you decide.   Choose the date desired by clicking it from the small calendar. 

 

5.     Choose the Add  button to apply your selected status across the date ranges entered.

 

 

6.     When finished, choose the Done  button. 

This will leave the Availability Calendar. 

You will return to the ‘My Listings’ page.
