Each 
symbol contains a help message to assist you
in understanding the use of the field.
An overview of key fields appears
below to assist you in determining what information to enter. You may
modify this information at any time. The fields will be addressed in the order
they appear on the page.

Following is a brief introduction for some of these
key fields. They are shown in the order
they appear on this page.
Rental Nick Name – Used to identify
the listing on the owner/manager’s ‘My Listing’ page and the Title on the
Renter’s Property Page.
Address 1 & Address 2 – This
information is used to locate the property on Google Maps. You should not use abbreviations, such as in
street names (st.), or city names. The
street names you provide should contain a street and not a community name.
Once you enter the address, it is best if you test how it will be
displayed on the map. This can only be
done after you have entered all of the property information, and viewed the
property from ‘View Property’ located on the owner/manager’s ‘My Listing’
list. Once inside the property
information, choose ‘Show on Map”.

Owner’s Web Site – If you have a web site for your properties owned by
you or your company, this provides a quick link. We do ask that you also include a link back
to our web site. This information is
displayed from the Property Information page.
