Column features and functions.

1.     The ‘View Property’ is used to display your current property information just as a renter would view it.  Do not choose this column to edit your property.

2.     The ‘Edit Listing’  option allows you to select various parts of your property information and make the desired changes.  This option is explained in detail below.

3.     The ‘Dates Available’  option allows you to directly edit the Availability Calendar without having to view any of the other property’s information.

4.     The ‘Status’ option initially appears as  until your property is purchased.

a.     To purchase, select menu option  from the menu shown on left.

b.     After your property is purchased, this column’s symbols appear as one of the two options below.   Each time you click on this field, the value toggles to the other symbol.

                                                             i.         Makes your property available to appear on renter’s search result list.

ii.      *    Stops your property from appearing on a renter’s search result list.

5.     The ‘Print’  option outputs a printed page about your property.  It will look something like this…

6.     The ‘Del button will remove the property and all of its information from Perfect Place Rentals.  It will not remove information about your owner/manager’s account or other properties you have listed.

EDIT YOUR PROPERTY.

When you choose the edit button for a specific property, the following first page of information will be displayed.

There are several points to consider on this and the following pages in the edit “Property Information” section.

1.      Simply move your mouse pointer over the symbol to read help for the information field you are interested in.

2.      The continue  button will save your changes and move you automatically to the next page of property information.  If you leave this page without selecting this button, the changes will not be made.  This allows you to back out of changes you don’t wish to make.

3.      The menu options on the right of each page  of property information allow you to move directly to other sections of your property information.  Otherwise, as you select the continue button, you will go to the next section automatically.
