How do I Purchase a Property?
When you enter a new
property, Perfect Place Rentals will return you to the ‘My Listing(s)’
page. From this page you can select the
‘Purchase Listing(s)’ menu option off the left menu.
Remember,
properties may be entered without being purchased. However, they are not shown in SEARCH result
lists until properly purchased and marked active. Any property that is purchased, and later
marked in-active by you, can be activated without further charge. Deactivation (marked in-active) is provided for you to stop including the property in
SEARCH result lists – which may happen during extended times of remodeling - for
example. (You can also use your availability calendar to show the property
unavailable.)
To purchase entered property(s).
1.
Be sure you are
logged in.
2.
Choose the menu
option (Owners/My Listings) to access properties previously entered and not yet
purchased.
3.
All properties
that show the shopping cart symbol 
under the STATUS column are not yet purchased.
4.
You will be able
to purchase any one or more of the entered properties; you are not required to
purchase them all at once.
If you know you are going to purchase multiple properties, do not
purchase each property as you enter them.
When you purchase multiple properties at one time, you
will receive multiple property discounts.

When you choose the ‘Purchase
Listing(s)’ option, the following screen will appear.

After the purchase is completed, the
following screen will appear….
…and an email listing your purchases
will be sent.
The email will contain:
1. The
purchase amount
2. The
assigned property numbers for each purchase
3. The
nickname you entered for each property
4. Direct
links back to each property
No shipping or special handling charges
