Page – Rental Rates
Rate information is provided via two major sections.
1. The Rate
Table, showing up to four different rates (Low, Medium, High, Special) across four
different time periods (weekly, nights, extra night, monthly). The color codes for the
different rates match your seasonal calendar rate colors.
2. Rate Notes,
which allow you to make as many comments or special notes to the renter as you
desire.
If you do not input information into one of the two
major sections, that section will not appear when your property is displayed to
renters. You can pick and choose to use
one over the other, or use the two together.
The nightly rate 
can be
set for the number of nights you desire.
You should enter the total rate for the number of nights selected – just
like the weekly or monthly rate is for that period of time.
