Perfect Place Rentals
provides a number of TABS containing a check list of features or key
information about your property. The
TABS are organized by subject, and they also provide a way to add a feature you
feel is unique to your property (illustrated below on the SERVICES TAB).
If you check a feature two
things happen.
1.
The feature will
be displayed under the same tab when your property is viewed by a renter. Features not checked are not displayed so
that the renter does not have to read unchecked features.
2.
If renters
specifically pick a feature as part of their search requirement, only
properties with that feature checked are included in the result list.
This allows them to more closely define their first choice of features, and not
be overwhelmed with too many properties to consider.
The field ‘Other Items’ 
will
only accept a maximum of 180 characters.
When the information is displayed to the renter, each comma found in the
text will cause the following information to be displayed on a new line. Therefore you can use the ‘,’ to format the
display of your entry. By example: “
Private prop planes only
Boat docks
