What basic pointers do I need to know?

 

1.    You are invited and welcomed to contact us if you feel changes or additions to Perfect Place Rentals would be helpful to your business.  We like helping when we can, and our response times may be sooner than you think.  We want to provide help for you now - not next season.  We schedule enhancements based on number of request.

b.     Our phone is 904-860-6233.  Feel free to call if you have questions about using the system or you feel the help documents we provide are incomplete, unclear or simple not available for your specific issue. 

c.      Help documents are easily accessed using the menu options of (FAQ/Renter) OR (FAQ/Owner).  Note the on line help is divided into sections for both owners and renters.

 

 

 

1.     Be sure to read the ‘What we offer’ section of the Owners Tab.  It will help provide a broad understanding of working with us.

 

 

 

2.     When you log in as an owner/manager your account is timed for security reasons concerning your information.  If a page is open but inactive for 10 minutes it will automatically log you out of Perfect Place Rentals. 

You can choose to disable this security logged in timer by selecting the ‘Remember Me’ option when you sign in.

 

 

 

3.     You can remove and add pictures as desired. 

Sometimes it can be helpful to update pictures as new renovations

or changes of value take place with your property. 

We allow you to store, add or remove pictures at will.
